Natalie is a highly experienced Senior Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist, with over a decade of expertise spanning the NHS, primary care, elite sports, and private practice. Before university, she qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2008, sparking her passion for movement, strength, and injury prevention. She is dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence in their bodies.
Her NHS and private sector experience includes working in primary care, GP practices, and MSK outpatient services, as well as supporting orthopaedic patients post-surgery, including hip and knee replacements, spinal procedures, and shoulder surgeries. She can also assist in organising scans (X-rays, MRIs) and orthopaedic consultant appointments.
Beyond the clinic, Natalie has provided physiotherapy for elite sports teams, including Gloucestershire County Cricket Club, Bristol Rovers Football Club, and worked at the London Marathon. A keen sports enthusiast, she enjoys horse riding, skiing, tennis, triathlons, half marathons, and cycling challenges—even conquering Everest Base Camp. She is passionate about helping others embrace an active, healthy lifestyle, whether recovering from injury or pursuing new fitness goals.
Natalie’s mission is to redefine private physiotherapy by creating an inspiring, patient-focused experience. She believes in modern, evidence-based rehab within a state-of-the-art facility, where people feel supported, motivated, and empowered in their recovery. Her goal is to build a trusted, sustainable local business, delivering exceptional care, community engagement, and a culture of respect and integrity.
As a physiotherapist, Natalie sees it as her responsibility and passion to help people unlock their full potential, take control of their health, and live life to the fullest.
